Schedule
10:30 - 10:50 Arrival and check in your plants and gardening accessories. Please label your plants to the best of your knowledge.
You're issued tickets.
Place your plants in the appropriate sections (houseplants, outdoor ornamentals, edibles, carnivores.....etc)
10:50 - 11:30 Go around the room and place your tickets in front of the plants that you want. (there will be a receptacle).
11:30 - Raffling starts. Organizer will go around the room plant by plant to draw numbers.
Whatever has no bids will be donated to the garden center.
Rules:
No Pests/diseases to the best of your knowledge
You CANNOT purcahse tickets!
Max contribution 3 of any of the same plant for tickets
Cuttings and Seeds; Free Sharing, First come First serve, does not get tickets
Tickets will be awarded according to the following general guideline. Staff member will make final decision.
One Ticket
Rooted succulents or any starts, with pots up to 4"
gardening accessories/decorations (cleaned, used ok) such as fertilizers and soil amendments, gloves, hummingbird feeders, trellises, obelisks, vases.....etc.
Nursery pots (and trays) are not eligibel for tickets.
Two Tickets
Blooming, or in-spike, any variety of indoor/outdoor plants with 5 - 6 inches pots.
Three Tickets
Blooming, or in-spike variety of 6 inches or bigger pots.
Mature, healthy or rare plants
