BECOME A MEMBER

The San Mateo Garden Center is reflective of our community and garden lovers who support the San Mateo Garden Center.

Since 1975, the San Mateo Garden Center has provided a place to gather for gardeners and other community members who enjoy nature.

Through the years, it has provided both a pleasant haven in its acre of gardens as well as two rooms and auxiliary spaces for meetings, workshops, flower shows, weddings, and social events. Member groups and clubs meet at the Garden Center.

Support for the facility has always come from clubs and individual Center members who volunteer their time and expertise, and from occasional rental of the rooms. Please consider joining us in membership to this unique community resource. Membership entitles you to a 10% discount on plants in our Garden Shop, occasional newsletters and ‘how-tos’, and a vote at our annual meeting.
